This is no ordinary sales role. We're on the hunt for a visionary Channel Manager/Business Development Manager to lead the charge into this exciting new approach.

This is a new role to the organisation - so is truly a blank canvass for you to be able to make your impression on.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the driving force behind business growth into new routes to market, whilst increasing market share through existing channels
  • Craft meticulously designed strategies that not only boost turnover and margins but also ensure efficiency and cost controls
  • Take centre stage in negotiations with blue-chip retailers, as well as specialised retailers, securing the prime placement our products truly deserve.
  • Use your expertise to target new and existing markets to bring in increased revenue and market share

As for you, you'll have experience with the above, experience of breaking doors down in order to showcase and sell products to B2B, B2B2C and B2C channels.

You'll be someone with a track record in a wide array of sales channels, ideally having managed online channels whilst building relationships with key organisations and drive sales growth.

We're pretty agnostic when it comes to industry knowledge and experience. The key thing is your hunger to succeed, your ability to sell and your potential to be a true ambassador for NRS Healthcare's products in an ever-expanding and changing environment.

This role will cover the UK in its entirety and although some presence will be required in our Bardon (Leicestershire) Head office, this role will largely be remote and field based.

In addition to your salary, we'll offer a generous commission structure, car/car allowance and encourage flexibility in terms of how and where you complete your working week.
