This fully sales-focused role involves engaging directly with CXO-level clients to deliver executive placements, interim resourcing, project solutions, and advisory services.

This role requires building and executing growth plans, winning new clients, and expanding existing relationships through consultative, solution-led sales. You will engage with senior decision-makers, identifying their challenges and developing tailored propositions using a full range of services.

You will have a track record in recruitment within professional services along with strong consultative selling skills, and the confidence to engage with C-suite and senior leaders.
