About the Team
Distribution Partnerships are a critical means by which we support various objectives of our company including User Growth, Marketing, Data Infrastructure, Content and Product / Tech and Global Business Solutions. The primary focus is on building and maintaining partnerships within our New Screens vertical, which focuses on strategically building our partnerships globally that extend creator and branded content beyond the mobile platform through TikTok's Out of Phone offering. We are looking for an enthusiastic professional interested in business development and partner management.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Distribution leadership to take Digital Out Of Home, and related partnership concepts from inception to scale.
- Ideate new business opportunities that will see further distribution of TikTok on screens and channels across the globe taking into the local nuances and working closely with our global business solutions team.
- Maintain a deep and detailed working knowledge of the Digital Out Of Home and Agency industry, including key industry trends, key industry players and industry norms.
- Embrace a "Partnerships as a Service" model to help drive and facilitate business needs of the organization. Convince internal and external teams to adopt your ambitious ideas through actionable business plans and concise data storytelling.
- Serve as primary point of contact for external, day-to-day management of key strategic partners within our New Screens Vertical outside of the Americas.
- Liaise with internal operations, marketing, and product teams to align on new and existing initiatives and execute on deal terms including: managing projects associated with deal activations, tracking contractual obligations, and driving local amendments & execution of partnerships.
- Create and present regular business reviews and insights - Including the acquisition, interpretation, and presentation of data in a manner that is digestible for partners.
- Evaluate evolving needs & opportunities through partnership with Business Intelligence.
- Project manage the end-to-end execution of Out of Phone campaigns.
- Focus primarily on the evolution of TikTok on New Screens across the globe creating scalable solutions with existing partners.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Media, Advertising and/or Digital Out of Home in the United Kingdom.
- A significant network of existing contacts in the UK, Europe and the rest of the world on the agency side, including the out-of-home industry.
- Bachelors degree

Preferred Qualifications:
- Network of existing contacts in the UK, Europe and the rest of the world on the agency side, including the out-of-home industry.
- Experience in structuring complex partnerships with legal, including negotiation of partnership agreements and consumer marketing or B2B2C plans
- Excellent communication skills, ability to recognize the needs and concerns of external stakeholders
- Strong partner management skills and ability to manage projects and requests end-to-end
- Demonstrated ability of documentation, data aggregation, and storytelling skills
- Logical and structural thought leader
-Language proficiency: Business proficiency in writing, reading, and speaking in English is desired based on regional requirements.
- Computer Skills: Mastery of GSuite/MS Office (Spreadsheets, Presentations);
