Key Responsibilities
• Joining the dots, you'll work with Product Managers and colleagues from across all parts of the bank to ensure we've understood, designed and delivered Products effectively, collaboratively, and with purpose.
• Lead the planning and execution of various Product or propositional change initiatives, providing Project Management and Business Analysis as needed
• Translate regulatory, technological, and strategic requirements into actionable product and process changes. Conduct impact assessments, gap analyses, and readiness reviews.
• Define and manage product roadmaps and ensure the delivery of customer-centric, compliant, and resilient solutions.
• Lead the shaping of detailed business requirements, user stories and business readiness criteria to support product delivery. Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, operations, risk, and customer service to ensure successful implementation.
• Monitor delivery progress, resolve blockers, and ensure alignment with scope, timelines, and budget. Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain clear communication on change impacts, benefits, and risks.
Qualifications & Skills
• 5+ years of experience in banking, management consultancy, or within a regulated start-up environment is highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of domestic and cross-border payments and/or Financial Crime & Transaction Monitoring requirements would be a strong advantage.
Proven track record of managing product or business change within a regulated environment, showcasing both Agile & Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Good understanding of the different categories of authorised financial institutions that can operate in the UK and Europe.
