Location: Hybrid - Daventry (With Business travel required)
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (Full-Time) - 24 Months
Work Pattern: Monday-Friday. Day-time hours

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Business Assurance Manager to play a vital role driving a continuous improvement culture which empowers our people to deliver value to our stakeholders.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, you will;

• Ensure that the business process change driven by the new automation is understood and that the system functionality through test supports DHL operational requirement.
• Define the scope of testing within the context of each release or delivery supporting the resource deployment and management for testing, whilst applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the Testing Team.
• Ensuring accurate reporting to the wider business through templated reports.
• To lead the DHL response to the customer rollout of the Release Management programme, across the new automation deployment, JS led WMS refresh across the contracted estate and implications of the WCS changes planned by Schaeffer.
• Lead Effective engagement with the Project teams on site, internal and external
• Point of contact for all testing deliverables and provides clarification of testing requirements, planning and resources
• To understand, lead and support all testing phases
• To create a strategy for release management and regression testing

• Previous experience of multiple cross sector WMS rollouts is essential.
• Experienced Test Manager of complex and high profile Projects is essential.
• Extensive team management experience, including working remotely from the team.
• WMS Experience across multiple sectors
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem solving / analytical skills
• Proven track record of successful test planning
• Project and change management
