On behalf of The Ministry of Justice, we are looking for Business Architect x2 - Inside IR35 for a 9 Month contract based Hybrid - Remote & 4 days p/month in London.
The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) priorities include improving public safety and reducing reoffending by reforming prisons, probation and youth justice, and building a justice system which makes access to justice swifter and more certain for all citizens whatever their background. Project professionals in the MoJ help to improve the government's ability to protect the public and reduce reoffending, and to provide a more effective, transparent and responsive criminal justice system for victims and the public.
As a Business Architect, your main responsibilities will be to:
* Support the development and maintenance of the target operating model and business architecture for STG operations.
* Gather and synthesise data on current services, processes, and systems to inform future state design.
* Contribute to the creation of efficient, standardised models aligned with strategic goals and business capabilities.
* Collaborate with digital, HR, finance, and operational teams to ensure joined-up, integrated design thinking.
* Assist with impact assessments and benefits modelling, supporting evidence-based decision-making.
* Prepare clear, engaging presentations and reports to communicate design options and implementation risks to senior stakeholders.
You'll have:
* Demonstrable Business Architecture experience - large organisation re-design.
* Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks - TOGAF or similar.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills.
* Expert written & verbal communication skills.
