The Group Transformation role
This role will partner with both the Senior Digital Transformation Managers and Group Transformation Director in interacting with key stakeholders ranging from the senior levels of our organisation including C-suite, Regional Presidents, Global Functional Leaders and Market MDs to key roles within the functions to help drive digital change within the organisation. It requires the ability to:
- Bring extraordinary problem-solving skills & constructive challenge to help solve transformation challenges within an ambiguous and highly complex landscape. This will require strong analytical capabilities to as well as holistic qualitative knowledge.
- Build relationships to work collaboratively & cross functionally, ensuring alignment across a range of business and technical stakeholders and influence to action based on transformation objectives.
- Willingness to drive across a variety of topics with changes in priority based on what is most critical at that point in time while keeping the wider picture in view.
- Have a strong external radar, with a passion for broad business & industry knowledge, within and beyond our industry to identify best in class practices and digital opportunities to bring to Diageo.
