About the Job you are considering:

We are seeking experienced Business Analyst with MS Dynamics experience with strong expertise in Banking domain who will overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects

Hybrid working:

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role:
Provides complex analysis of business systems and user needs ensuring alignment of the business technology strategy Leads system setup technical designs and test planning for aligned business needs Tests and maintains systems and applications
Core Responsibilities

1 Analyses business and user needs and documents requirements Develops moderately complex information systems and advises on the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment

2 Translates client requirements and business needs and writes functional documentation and system and software requirements Participates in technical designs and test planning Formulates and defines the systems scope and objectives based on user needs and business processes

3 Performs customer support processes and activities for the implementation of new or existing applications Supports the collection documentation and maintenance of functional requirements and modelling

4 Directs business process improvement projects for internal business groups aiming to improve business results Leads the design and testing of new or enhanced applications

5 Leads the implementation of systems and software Identifies and documents all system constraints implications and consequences of various proposed system changes Provides recommendations for addressing and resolving business issues

6 Performs user support processes and activities for the implementation of new or existing applications Leads the collection documentation and maintenance of functional requirements and modelling

7 Work closely with Business Product owner and FAS Sales Enablement team to understand requirements and business initiatives

8 Build good working relationship with International and Europe Tech teams to ensure close collaboration and alignment on delivery of business priorities

9 Guides and advises less experienced crew

10 Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned

Your Skills:

  • Five years related work experience with two years of technical writing or business technology experience
  • 2 years' experience implementing Dynamics 365 customer service projects
  • Experience working in an agile team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with wider PowerPlatform capability and PowerBI beneficial
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent
  • Strong analytical mindset with data driven decision making
  • Experience shaping vision and integrating virtual assistants search and AI capabilities.
