Building Services Manager, Manchester- UK North Build Division
John Sisk & Son are now hiring a Building services manager with a mechanical bias and hotel experience for our UK North Build Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the application of the Building Services Department Management Systems and Procedures providing technical support , guidance and direction in overall Delivery of Projects
• Support the Building Services "Value Proposition" and its alignment with the Business Units and Companies Vision, Values and Ambition Objectives
• Support delivery of the Building Services Strategy Plan and objectives
• Support all aspects of the Tender and Bid for the MEP Technical and Commercial Strategy is carried out in accordance with the Companies Pre Construction Manual Procedures
• Support the tender and award of MEP packages in accordance with the required contract PRE-CONSTRUCTION and procurement strategy, and objectives

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Services, or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Demonstrate that they have acquired the same level of knowledge and understanding of Building Services Engineering Fundamentals as someone who has a degree.
• At least 10years + post Qualification experience, and experience working on Data centre projects.
• Mechanical bias and Hotel experience
• Electrical bias and Stadia experience
