We offer a fantastic opportunity for an individual with 3-5 years in Facility Management and with strong M&E experience to join a team of service professionals. About the Role

  • Responsible for planning, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing the infrastructure and equipment in the building.
  • Designing and implementing safety standards for operations and ensure all relevant building regulations are observed.
  • Ensure the management of internal environmental standards is adhered to and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Responsible for Vendor Management and monitoring the set KPI's for the delivery of the contracted services.
  • Prepare and monitor the building maintenance operating budget.
  • Analyse and optimise resources, monitor energy usage and make sure that all safety protocols are up-to-date and observed.

About You

To be successful, you need to be detail oriented and have strong project management, negotiation, communication, partnering and problem-solving skills. Do you consider yourself to be a "self-starter" with a positive 'CAN DO' attitude, able and willing to take initiative and implement measures in a goal-oriented manner with:

  • Strong M&E experience.
  • Property/Building Management Degree/Diploma with 3 -5 years' experience or 10years+ experience in a similar role.
  • Strong skills in MS Office.
  • Strong service delivery skills including working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
