Who Does This Role Report Into? Senior Facilities Manager (Non Site)

Role Summary / Purpose and ScopeThe Building Manager is responsible for all aspects of Building Management within Windsor Dials working as part of a team to ensure the efficient management of the site including day to day management of team members and encouragement to them in order that they give the building personality and puts life and soul into everyday occupation for our guests.

The right candidate will ensure that the highest standards of management, maintenance and service are being maintained with a focus on the management of hard/soft services, contractors and occupier engagement.

• IOSH Essential
• Compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental legislation including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• Excellent communication, in person, on the phone and in email

• Excellent organisational skills & strong interpersonal skills, capable of communicating at various levels

• Effective PC skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft and Google packages

Experience and Salary

Level of Experience / Certifications:

• Experience of working in a similar role for 2 years
• Ideally experience of Riskwise, Gmail, Proactis, Occupier portal
• IOSH essential, NEBOSH desirable

Working Hours: 37.5 hours Monday - Friday
Salary Range (Based on Experience)
GBP 30,000 - GBP 35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
