The Role

We're looking for a commercially experienced Braze expert to join our UK Martech Solutions team as Practice Lead.

Reporting into the Head of Solution Consulting, you will have managerial responsibilities with an experienced consultant reporting to you:

  • You will run pre-sales and solutioning for Merkle services around these products
  • You will manage a growth target for the practice and work with sales and client services teams to develop a pipeline of opportunities and close and accelerate deals
  • You will also provide leadership support across implementation, enablement, and managed service teams, ensuring successful outcomes for all Braze led clients
  • Merkle is one of 5 global strategic Braze partners, and you will join one of the largest network agency Braze practices globally
  • You will have access to the full network of expertise and resources to help you achieve your goals
  • You will work with our wider MarTech Solutions community to access their knowledge, case studies and industry innovations from your peer group

What we are looking for in you

We are looking for someone from a consultancy / agency / vendor background with experience leading CRM and marketing technology programmes, costing solutions, writing proposals and statements of works.

You will have:

  • Circa 10 years' experience in all things related to marketing technologies and CDPs
  • A convincing subject matter expert on all things related to Braze and its ecosystem with experience creating and sharing content

You will be:

  • A business leader
  • A commercial / pre-sales lead

We're looking for the following skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Braze and CDP solutions
  • Some experience of digital marketing, CRO, digital analytics, decisioning, campaign planning, creative and UX disciplines
