We're looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to be the guardian and driver of our brand. You'll be the bridge between strategy and execution - responsible for writing sharp briefs, reviewing creative, and ensuring our brand shows up consistently across markets and channels. You'll also own brand measurement and insights, making sure we know what's working and where we can go further.

This isn't a delivery role (we've got Creative Ops for that). It's about owning the quality and clarity of our brand output - from the brief, through reviews, to post-campaign learnings.

Requirements

What you'll do

  • Brand Reviews: Be the brand voice in creative reviews - ensuring work is on-brand, on-strategy, and culturally relevant.
  • Consistency: Protect and evolve our brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity across every market and touchpoint.
  • Brand Tracking & Insights: Lead brand measurement, monitor competitive activity, and translate insights into recommendations.
  • Toolkits & Assets: Develop and roll out brand guidelines, playbooks, and toolkits that empower local markets to activate effectively.
  • Cross-functional Partner: Work with Creative, Growth, Product, Content, and Local Marketing Managers to ensure all activity ladders up to a consistent brand.
  • Culture & Trends: Keep a pulse on culture, competitors, and consumer behaviour to ensure our brand stays fresh and relevant.
  • Briefing: Write clear, inspiring briefs that translate strategy into actionable creative direction.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in brand management or marketing within a consumer brand, platform, or fast growth company.
  • Strong briefing and reviewing skills - you know how to get the best out of creative teams.
  • Confident in brand guardianship, with a track record of keeping brands consistent across markets and channels.
  • Familiarity with brand tracking, health measurement, and campaign reporting.
  • A natural collaborator - clear communicator, strong at influencing stakeholders, and comfortable working across multiple markets.
  • Culturally curious, with a finger on the pulse of trends and how brands show up in the world.
