What you'll be doing

  • Lead the execution of multi-channel communications campaigns, directly managing creative & media agencies and working alongside in-house design, PR, social, content, trade & product marketing teams.
  • Manage the process end to end bringing strong agency management experience to the table, alongside the ability to collaborate across in house teams from within and outside Marketing.
  • Ensure we deliver fully integrated communications plans that strongly connect with consumers and deliver against our key brand objectives.
  • Craft insight-led communications and creative briefs that distill complex marketing challenges into clear, inspiring direction for internal and external teams. Be able to flex from large full scale campaign briefs through to intricate owned channel requests.
  • Lead media planning for your projects, working with our partner agencies to deliver effective & innovative media plans that cut through the noise and allow us to land our message in the most effective way, to the right people at the right time.
  • Be well versed in best practice across all paid channels (on and offline) including setting robust measurement and performance frameworks to ensure we get the most out of every £ spent.
  • Be a champion for the brand across the business actively embedding our brand platform & brand behaviours pillars.
  • Be a champion for ensuring our visual brand identity and tone of voice are interpreted correctly across all campaign assets and materials.
  • Becoming an expert in our key home-mover audiences, understanding what makes them tick, the nuances of differing audiences and how best to reach them.
  • Be accountable for campaign performance, you will need to be adept at analysing data from various data sets that support the campaign KPIs, comfortable recommending changes to future activity based on insights, and skilled at crafting stories from data.
  • Work with the Product Marketing Manager on key product campaigns, bringing communications expertise across comms, media and creative. Lead execution of larger scale communications for product, working hand in glove to ensure it delivers as part of the broader product marketing strategy.

Who you are

  • Experience with well-known brands (digital preferred), leading integrated campaigns across TV, print, outdoor, and digital channels, with a focus on effectiveness and measurement.
  • A strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, starting with consumer insights to solve business challenges and optimise audience segmentation.
  • Highly creative with a strong attention to detail, skilled in reviewing creative work and providing constructive feedback to elevate outcomes.
  • Proven ability to inspire and align cross-functional teams, agencies, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional campaigns in a collaborative, matrixed environment.
  • Expertise in social media, digital innovation, and tools like Google Ads Manager, DV360, and Google Analytics, coupled with a passion for emerging opportunities in digital channels.
  • Exceptional storyteller and presenter, confident in influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align on strategies and plans.
  • Highly organised multitasker who thrives under pressure, adapts quickly, and demonstrates ownership in driving projects forward.
  • Passionate about learning and growth, open-minded to new ideas, and skilled at fostering collaboration across functions to achieve shared goals.
