Are you a creative and strategic marketing professional with a passion for education and brand-building? We're looking for a UK Brand Manager to bring our University's brand to life and drive UK student recruitment through powerful, insight-driven marketing campaigns. In this role, you'll design and execute campaigns that make a real impact, crafting memorable content and engaging prospective students every step of the way.

About the role:

As our UK Brand Manager, you'll play a key role in operationalising our marketing and brand strategy. You will be responsible for developing and leading integrated, digital-first campaigns that support UK student recruitment and reflect our brand's identity, values, and goals. You will ensure all campaigns and content adhere to our brand guidelines, acting as the go-to expert for brand consistency across all marketing channels. The successful candidate will also work with other teams across the University to ensure consistency, and collaborate on marketing for recruitment events (e.g. Open Days) to boost engagement with prospective student

About you:

We're looking for someone who's not only strategic but also hands-on, with the ability to inspire stakeholders and manage multiple projects. You will have a proven track record in delivering impactful, insight-led marketing campaigns that support recruitment or engagement goals and understand how to craft and manage content across platforms to capture attention and drive action, whilst interpreting data and reporting on results to guide marketing strategies and ensure campaign success. You will have a first degree or equivalent and a professional marketing qualification would be desirable - or the willingness to work towards this.

Due to the diverse nature of Marketing and the role of content delivery, occasional evening and weekend work will be a feature of this role.
