What you'll be doing
- Lead the execution of the local brand strategy to deliver sales and profit growth
- Take full P&L responsibility and manage the marketing mix to ensure profitability
- Act as the voice of the consumer, translating insights into actionable strategies
- Drive innovation, from concept development to launch execution and post-launch evaluation
- Lead omni-channel brand activations, ensuring impact across online and offline touchpoints
- Accelerate ecommerce performance, optimizing the digital shelf and conversion
- Manage campaign execution across paid, owned, and earned channels with a strong digital and social media focus
- Shape and execute content strategies tailored to local channels and influencer platforms
- Develop and deliver PR and influencer campaigns to boost visibility and engagement
- Build strong partnerships with agencies to ensure best-in-class communication and execution
- Optimize budget allocation and track performance KPIs to maximize ROI
Requirements
- University degree in business, marketing, or equivalent
- 2-3 years of brand marketing experience, ideally within FMCG or a fast-paced consumer environment
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and ecommerce
- Commercially driven with a growth mindset and ability to operate autonomously
- Thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment with a proactive problem-solving approach
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and agencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; fluent in English
