Brand Manager - Aman Studio

POSITION OVERVIEW
Aman is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Brand Manager to help support branding efforts across the Aman Group portfolio, including Aman and Janu hotels & resorts and Residences. This role has a particular focus on Aman Group Residences, the epitome of luxury living, managing the Aman Residence brand across all customer touchpoints, from marketing materials to in-Residence touchpoints, aimed at the ultra-wealthy. This role, alongside the Brand team, will ensure brand integrity and consistency across all developments, from concept to execution. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to uphold Aman's refined identity, ensuring every project aligns seamlessly with the brand's luxury positioning.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Oversight
- Ensure all creative assets-across print, digital, and environmental applications-adhere to Aman's brand guidelines.
- Act as a brand guardian, reviewing and approving designs to maintain a cohesive visual identity.
Strategy & Development
- Work with the creative team to refine and evolve brand guidelines as needed for new projects.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistency across campaigns and collateral.
- Identify opportunities to enhance brand storytelling across multiple channels.
Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with internal departments and external agencies to ensure alignment on brand standards and objectives.
- Educate and guide teams on proper brand application and usage.
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct regular audits of brand performance and visual consistency.
- Stay informed on luxury branding trends and competitors to keep Aman at the forefront of the market.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5 years proven experience in brand management within luxury hospitality, or lifestyle sectors; experience in luxury residential development is preferred.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, luxury aesthetics, and high-end customer expectations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate brand concepts and guidelines to diverse stakeholders.
- Cultural understanding and experience with Middle Eastern and Asian markets (preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and brand asset management/project management tools.
- A keen eye for detail and a strategic approach to brand storytelling.
