Role Description:

We are looking for a commercially driven and creatively curious Brand Manager to own P&L delivery, brand growth, and market execution across the skincare/ wellness category. You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution - from retailer JBPs and NPD launches to campaign management and margin optimisation. This is a role for someone who thrives on variety, thinks laterally, and rolls up their sleeves without being asked.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Commercial & Revenue Growth: Own brand P&L, margin analysis, and budget ROI. Use EPOS and performance data to drive decisions, identify whitespace opportunities, and deliver distribution and revenue targets.
  • Retail & Trade: Lead retailer presentations at buyer level, securing new listings and executing trade marketing plans that drive both sell-in and sell-out performance.
  • Brand Building & Marketing: Define brand positioning and execute integrated campaigns across digital, retail, and experiential channels. Manage creative and social agencies to deliver on-brand, high-impact activity.
  • New Product Development: Lead NPD end-to-end - from consumer insight and trend identification through to commercial launch - working across R&D, supply chain, and packaging.

What We Are Looking For:

Proven brand management experience in skincare or beauty, with strong commercial acumen across costings, margins, and budget management. Confident presenting to retail buyers, analytically strong, and equally comfortable driving creative campaigns.
