In this pivotal role, you'll shape how our brand shows up across digital platforms, campaigns, content, partnerships, and in-market channels. You'll collaborate closely with marketing, PR, business development, digital teams, and external agencies to build a distinctive brand presence and ensure consistent execution across all touchpoints.

Main Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Identity
- Lead the development and guardianship of the Fletchers Solicitors brand across all channels and formats.
- Evolve and implement brand strategy and architecture, supporting growth across service lines and audience segments.
- Define and manage visual identity, tone of voice, and brand behaviours to ensure consistency and impact.
Creative & Design Leadership
- Line-manage the in-house Designer, providing clear briefs, feedback, and development support to ensure high-quality, brand-aligned creative outputs.
- Oversee design workflows and ensure resources (internal and external) are effectively managed to deliver campaign, content, and brand priorities.
- Commission and manage external creative agencies or freelancers where required, ensuring value, consistency, and alignment to brand standards.
Campaign & Content
- Work closely with marketing managers to ensure campaigns and communications are on-brand and aligned to our strategic positioning.
- Provide creative input and direction into campaign development, advertising, video, and thought leadership.
- Oversee production of brand and campaign assets (internal and external), ensuring quality and cohesion.
Internal Brand & Culture
- Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives that reinforce brand values and purpose.
- Champion brand education across teams and stakeholders to embed consistency and pride in our market positioning.
Collaboration & Team Integration
- Work closely with PR, BD, digital, and design to deliver joined-up brand execution across web, social, campaigns and in-market activity.
- Play a central role in delivering an integrated go-to-market strategy by ensuring brand is embedded in planning and delivery from the outset.
Measurement & Insight
- Track brand perception, engagement and performance through research, surveys and market data.
- Use insights to inform brand evolution and investment decisions.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a brand, marketing or communications role with brand ownership responsibility.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning and visual/verbal identity management.
- Exceptional written, verbal and visual communication skills.
- Confident working with creative agencies, briefing design work, and reviewing outputs.
- Ability to lead brand work across complex organisations with multiple service lines or audience groups.
- Experience managing creative professionals and external agencies, with the ability to balance strategic direction and hands-on quality control.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Experience in professional services, legal, healthcare or other regulated B2B/B2C sectors.
- Experience working across digital, campaign, and content teams.
- Brand management qualification or training (e.g. CIM, Design Council, IPA) is a plus.
