We have an excellent opportunity to join as a Brand Manager based at Colchester, with the ability to work flexibly across the East of England
The Role
The Marketing team at Greater Anglia are looking for a proactive and talented individual to join our team as a brand manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Guard and safeguard the Greater Anglia and Stansted Express brands across all touchpoints.
- Support the Marketing department by producing all compliance materials at stations (timetables, engineering notices, and safety collateral).
- Provide brand support and guidance to cross-functional teams across GA; efficiently manage internal and external design resources.
- Collaborate with strategic brand partners on joint activities to achieve shared objectives; manage station display and merchandising to align with marketing and customer experience goals.
- Manage the supply chain for these activities, including design, print, and distribution agencies.
- Organise and coordinate all teams on brand issues, including signage, labelling, and point-of-sale materials.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure activities reflect GA's brand and tone of voice and support GA's brand and revenue objectives.
- Measure and report GA brand activity regularly and use insights to continuously improve performance

- Have a friendly, approachable demeanor with the ability to communicate effectively and interpersonal skills.
- Adept at managing suppliers and budgets with the ability to work collaboratively with others
- Are calm under pressure, able to think on their feet, and able to handle various situations
- Possess a "can-do" attitude and enjoy working as part of a team
