About the Role:

A fantastic opportunity working with one of our most popular brands , Pepsi . As a Brand Manager on pepsi you will be joining a fun, creative and high performing carbonates team working on a trully global brand on campaigns such as UEFA Champions League, Pepsi Max Taste Challenge, and Music and Festivals via our partnership with Live Nation. This is a truly exceptional role offering a real chance to make a difference and grow your career. You will be responsible for delivering activation, NPD, BTL activities within the IC ('on the go') channel, as well as influencing ATL and media plans. As brand manager you will also play an important supporting the Marketing controller and cross functional team to delivering the entire Pepsi plan

Key Repsonibilities:

  1. Delivering BTL activities (with a focus on IC channel) and working closely with both Pepsico and the shopper marketing team to deliver impactful activation programmes for Pepsi
  2. You will lead key projects for both Pepsi and Britvic, examples of which include launching new flavours NPD and activation plan, leading out Pepsi's Summer of Taste 'Taste Challenge activation', and delivering our 'Christmas' activation plans
  3. To manage brand expenditure to maximise value and ROI for the organisation and its shareholders
  4. To lead cross-functional teams (commercial & operational), providing vision and direction to ensure the effective delivery of agreed brand activities and programmes
  5. To deliver the annual plan and the annual budget.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

  1. Branded commercial experience
  2. Experience in managing commercial brand performance and understanding brand P&L
  3. Strong track record in broad cross-functional project management and delivery
  4. Experience in creating and applying consumer, shopper and category insights into brand strategy and actionable plans
  5. Budgetary control of defined projects and programmes
  6. Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
