We are seeking a talented Brand Manager to join our team in on a permanent basis, to be based in our London office.

In this role, you will have the chance to lead brand campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams and analyse consumer insights. You will also have the responsibility of monitoring brand performance, managing budgets, and implementing strategies to enhance brand awareness and loyalty.

As a Brand Manager, you will play a vital role in developing and maintaining our brand image, ensuring that it resonates with our target audience. About the role

  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness and brand equity.
  • Monitor and evaluate brand performance metrics, providing timely reports and analysis to key stakeholders
  • Support the Senior Manager in providing Brand leadership across the Group and be responsible for leveraging it in support of our Purpose and strategy, especially strengthening the mutual choice for our customers.
  • Ensure the equity is built in brand for the benefit of the Group. Support the brand narrative to all internal and external audiences. Recommend media selections, ensure tight budget management and tracking of campaign performance.
  • Contribute towards building, managing, and protecting the company reputation via our guidelines, brand governance, global trademarks, and via close relations with our sub-brands.

About you

  • You have experience of managing campaigns across channels including TV, meeting deadlines and budget management.
  • You have a good understanding of digital marketing, in particular website content management, display advertising and social media.
  • Your strong understanding of branding principles, consumer behaviour, and market trends help you to create strong campaigns.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You are proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
