Brand Lead

Brand Lead, you will be the ultimate brand guardian and will be accountable for our always on brand activation, as well as the creation, delivery and evaluation of effective on and offline campaigns; building awareness of Together, our sector and our products. The role is also responsible 3rd party agency management.

The Brand Lead will coach, manage and develop a team, and work with senior stakeholders across the business to create buy in, enthusiasm and value for the brand strategy.

As a Brand Lead, we are looking for someone to:

  • Lead, coach & develop the brand team
  • Lead the creative thinking and delivery of the brand activity for Together across B2B and B2C markets
  • Creating integrated campaigns with stand out to communicate to a variety of audiences
  • Liaise with and influence stakeholders across the business to share outputs, create buy in and demonstrate value for the brand activity
  • Ensure all activity is measured and reported on, using key learnings to inform future strategies
  • Manage the 3rd party agency relationships
  • Lead major projects relevant to Brand within Together including the Brand campaign, Sustainability Comms strategy, In-Life and Employer Brand strategies
  • Deputise for Head of Brand, Strategy and Innovation as required
  • Manage the brand and campaign budget, its allocation, management and forecasting

Qualifications

Essential

  • Extensive experience in a similar role
  • Creatively strong with ability to generate ideas and lead the team through to execution
  • An outstanding people leader with the ability to develop and grow the members of the team according to their individual needs
  • Grounded, confident and ambitious with the ability to develop strong relationships at Exec and Senior Management level
  • Possess a strong passion for building brands through brand awareness campaigning, as well as a track record in delivering value demonstrated by clear KPIs and measurement of results
  • Experience utilising brand tracking research and other measurement tools to create strategy and articulate success

Desirable

  • Experience within financial services or regulated environment
  • Experience of both B2B and B2C markets
