As Project Manager in the Brand and Communications team, you will oversee the management of global Brand Awareness projects. The role works with and provides support to the global and regional communication and marketing teams, with specialised expertise and the guided implementation of best practice.

What you will do:

  • The Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end management of 360 global brand campaigns, brand partnerships and special projects in line with the global brand and communications strategy and long term business goals
  • Support the rest of the PM team with other brand and communication projects
  • Manage projects according to expected benefit, project objective, scope, quality, budget and timelines
  • Initiating strong collaboration cross functionally to align stakeholders across the business from initial concept to global execution, contributing to an efficient and informative workflow.
  • Ensure successful implementation of projects and setting up sustainable work processes with regional teams, ensuring clarity of responsibilities to guarantee effective collaboration
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external suppliers and collaborators including tendering, legal agreements, invoicing and reconciliation
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including but not limited to project proposals & overviews, creative briefs, timelines, budget and invoice management, asset management and post campaign analysis / performance evaluation
  • Confidently conduct all relevant project meetings with key global and regional stakeholders, including project kick offs, briefings, status updates and project evaluation

What you need to succeed:

  • Previous experience leading large investment and high scale brand and communication activations and events (eg seasonal campaigns and fashion shows) at a global level within a creative industry
  • Experience guiding regional teams on successful projects
  • Managed successful projects involving numerous stakeholders and teams
  • Demonstrate analytic and problem-solving skills, perseverance and the ability to thrive in a changing environment
  • Good communication skills and confidence working with a range of stakeholders.
  • Proactive leadership skills to manage change in project scope, scheduling and costs.

This is a full time permanent contract based at our Head Office in London.
