We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our residential sales team at Connells. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced estate agent to take their first step into branch management.

As a Branch Manager, you'll oversee the operations of the branch, driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery. The team comprises of 3 people, with two established negotiators and has the potential to become the market leading branch in their town.

Your Role:

As a Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance of the branch and growing the market share. The successful candidate will also establish the branch as a contender in the town with the ambition to grow the team to have mortgage services and lettings as part of the team in the future.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a managerial role within the real estate industry, Strong leadership and people management skills, Exceptional customer care/service experience, Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Hold a Full UK driving license.
