Key responsibilities of aBranch Manager - Estate Agent:
Running aprofitableand well organised office providing an effective,efficientandprofessionalestate agency service to customers. Leading by example and delegating tasks with the aim to exceedstandardsof performance and targets set. Optimising every opportunity to secure market appraisals, instructions, viewings, reservations, sales and mortgage introductions.Motivatingyour team and new recruits, ensuring they receive thetrainingandsupportthey need to flourish in their career.
Skills and experience required to be a successfulBranch Manager - Estate Agent:
- Preferably an experiencedBranch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Residential Sales Managerora Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent, Lister, Valuerlooking to progress
- DemonstrableSales Managementexperience
- Able to generate new business in atarget drivenenvironment
- Proven experience managing, leading andmentoringa team
- Outstanding customer care /customer serviceexperience
- Resilient,positive, organised, numerate anddetail oriented
- Excellent verbal and writtencommunicationskills
- IT literate(MS Office, internet, email systems)
- AFull UK driving licence#
