You will be running aprofitableand well organised office providing an effective,efficientand professional estate agency service to customers. Leading by example and delegating tasks with the aim to exceedstandardsof performance and targets set. Optimising every opportunity to secure market appraisals, instructions, viewings, conveyancing, sales and mortgage introductions. Motivating your team and new recruits, ensuring they receive the training and support they need to flourish in their career.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Branch Manager
- Preferably an experiencedBranch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Residential Sales ManagerorSenior Sales Negotiator, Lister or Valuerlooking to progress
- Able to generate new business in atarget drivenenvironment
- Outstanding customer care /customer serviceexperience
- Resilient,positive, organised, numerate anddetail oriented
- Excellent verbal and writtencommunicationskills
- AFull UK driving licence
