The Role
Oxfam Ireland is currently looking for an experienced and creative Bookshop Manager to join our bookshop based in Holywood.
To be considered for the role, candidates should possess a range of skills and experience including:
• Relevant experience to date of retail management, including supervising and motivating a diverse team.
• Knowledge of budgets and sales analysis.
• Product knowledge and awareness of market trends.
• Experience in a Book Shop environment including customer service focus, sales, and a hands-on approach.
• Understanding of the retail book market (both online and bricks & mortar shops).
• Passion for Books and reading.
