Bodyshop Manager - Edinburgh
Up to £85,000 OTE

We're looking for an experienced and driven Bodyshop Manager to lead one of our Edinburgh based sites, driving performance while developing a high-performing, engaged team.
The Role
As Bodyshop Manager, you will take full ownership of the site's performance and day-to-day operations. You'll lead from the front to ensure budgets are met and exceeded, quality standards are consistently high, and customers receive an outstanding experience. This is a hands-on leadership role combining strong commercial awareness with people-focused management.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive site performance to meet and exceed financial and operational targets
- Lead, motivate, and develop the team, fostering a culture of excellence
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention to maintain full staffing levels
- Oversee workflow, productivity, and quality control
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, insurers, and suppliers
- Champion Steer Automotive Group's values across the site
About You
- Proven experience as a Bodyshop Manager or in a similar automotive leadership role
- Strong commercial and operational management skills
- Excellent people leadership skills, including recruitment and development
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs and targets
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and repair quality
