The Role:
We're looking for an experienced Bodyshop Manager to lead our Edinburgh team. You'll take full responsibility for site performance, workflow, and team development, ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive site performance and exceed financial, operational, and quality targets
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
  • Manage recruitment, retention, and professional development
  • Oversee workflow, quality control, and efficiency
  • Build strong relationships with customers, insurers, and suppliers

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Bodyshop Manager or senior automotive leader
  • Strong commercial and operational management skills
  • Exceptional leadership and team development experience
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
  • Passionate about quality, service, and customer satisfaction
