The Role
As a Bodyshop Manager, you will be at the heart of the operation, overseeing all aspects of site performance - from people management and customer satisfaction to efficiency and financial success. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a skilled team of technicians, parts, and customer service professionals
• Drive commercial performance through effective planning, forecasting, and cost control
• Ensure repairs are completed to the highest standards, on time and to budget
• Maintain full compliance with health and safety, quality, and customer service standards
• Foster a positive, respectful culture that empowers individuals and promotes team success
• Champion continuous improvement and innovation across the site

About You:

• Proven experience in bodyshop leadership, ideally within a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on KPIs, margins, and workflow optimisation
• Inspirational people manager with the ability to coach, lead and develop teams
• High level of integrity - you do the right thing even when no one is watching
• Driven by targets and results, without compromising on quality or culture
• Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills
