The Role:

As Bodyshop Manager, you will oversee operations at both Croydon East and Croydon West sites, ensuring high standards of repair quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will lead a team of skilled professionals, driving performance while maintaining a positive and productive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations across both sites
  • Ensuring repairs are completed to the highest standards within agreed timeframes
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team
  • Driving efficiency and productivity while maintaining exceptional customer service
  • Managing budgets, KPIs, and site performance
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Bodyshop Manager or similar leadership role in the automotive repair industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency
  • Knowledge of repair processes, KPIs, and industry regulations
