The Role:
As Bodyshop Manager, you will oversee operations at both Croydon East and Croydon West sites, ensuring high standards of repair quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will lead a team of skilled professionals, driving performance while maintaining a positive and productive working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day operations across both sites
- Ensuring repairs are completed to the highest standards within agreed timeframes
- Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team
- Driving efficiency and productivity while maintaining exceptional customer service
- Managing budgets, KPIs, and site performance
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Bodyshop Manager or similar leadership role in the automotive repair industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Knowledge of repair processes, KPIs, and industry regulations
