About the Role:

As the Bodyshop Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our bodyshop operations, from managing a team of talented technicians to ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality standards. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in achieving business goals and targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of bodyshop technicians to meet performance targets and ensure top-tier results.
  • Coordinate and prioritise repair workflows to ensure timely completion without compromising on quality.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring sufficient materials and supplies to support smooth operations.
  • Develop and implement procedures to optimise efficiency and productivity in the bodyshop.
  • Enforce health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment and foster a culture of safety awareness.
  • Collaborate with customer service and parts procurement teams to deliver seamless operations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies, applying best practices to stay competitive and enhance operations.

About You:

You'll bring significant experience as a Bodyshop Manager, with strong leadership skills and expertise in health and safety protocols. You'll also be a flexible team player with the ability to work independently, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous managerial or supervisory experience in automotive repair, particularly within bodyshop operations.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a team.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities to prioritise and multitask efficiently.
  • A solid understanding of automotive repair techniques, equipment, and materials.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including MS Office and industry-specific software.
