The Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Bodyshop Manager to lead our expert team in High Wycombe. This role is an exciting opportunity to oversee a highly skilled workforce and ensure that our bodyshop continues to operate at the highest level of quality and efficiency. You will manage day-to-day operations and champion our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of skilled technicians
- Oversee the repair and restoration of luxury vehicles to manufacturer standards
- Ensure smooth workflow and optimise efficiency within the bodyshop
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and luxury brand partners
- Uphold health, safety, and compliance standards
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and customer service
