Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the bodyshop, ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Lead and motivate a team of technicians and support staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Maintain excellent communication with customers, providing clear updates on repair progress and ensuring total satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Collaborate with other departments and sites within the group to share best practices and support overall business growth.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive repair industry.
• Significant leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Knowledge of bodyshop management software and industry-standard tools.
