This is an exciting opportunity to join Dick Lovett as a manger and organise, direct and control the new car sales operation. We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to grow retail sales volumes and achieve targets in conjunction with the General Sales Manager. Working with our General Sales Manager and wider dealership team, the main responsibilities of this role are:
- To develop and implement new ideas relating sales growth including Local Business.
- To supervise and co-ordinate the activities of the sales staff to ensure maximum direct selling time, customer satisfaction requirements and enquiry management.
- Create, agree and implement sales merchandising, advertising and sales promotion with the sales department in line with the sale department plans and budgets in conjunction with the Marketing Executive and General Sales Manager.
- To build and improve the awareness of customer satisfaction to maximise scores.
- To oversee the showroom to ensure it is welcoming and showcases the BMW range.
- Take part in the Manager's weekly rota and be the acting Manager on allocated Saturday's.
Ultimately, we are looking for an individual who is looking to match our ambition by driving out the best possible new car performance. We will give you great training and support in all of these areas, but you will need a good level of decision making and negotiation skills.
