Sytner BMW Oldbury is delighted to offer a rare opportunity for an outstanding, commercially driven, and people-focused leader to join us as our Head of Aftersales.

As part of the UK's largest prestige motor retailer, you will be joining a high-performing team in one of the country's most respected BMW operations. We are looking for someone who can deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving strong financial performance across Service, Parts, and Workshop teams.

About the role

As Head of Aftersales, you will:

  • Lead, develop, and inspire a team of Service, Parts, and Workshop professionals
  • Take full ownership of Aftersales performance across customer satisfaction, efficiency, CSI/NPS, and profitability
  • Build strong relationships with BMW UK, customers, and internal teams
  • Ensure outstanding service delivery that reflects both the BMW and Sytner standards
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement across Aftersales processes
  • Maintain the highest levels of compliance, quality, and operational excellence

This role requires a leader who can blend strategic thinking with hands-on operational oversight, motivating teams to reach and exceed their potential.

About you

We are looking for an exceptional individual who brings:

  • Proven experience in Aftersales leadership within the automotive sector (premium brand experience desirable)
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse performance and drive results
  • A passion for delivering industry-leading customer experiences
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and people-management skills
  • The ability to inspire confidence and build positive relationships at every level
  • A forward-thinking and solutions-focused mindset
