Blend Development Manager - Wardle

NWF Agriculture are recruiting for a Blends Manager, to generate the sales of blended products to new and existing customers. Identify trends in customer behaviour and generate sales opportunities and Assist in driving volume at the NWF blended plants, supporting the sales team with enquiries for blend formulations and prices

Key Responsibilities:

• To generate the sales of blended products to new and existing customers.
• Increase sales, volume, margin and minimise bad debts
• Operate within pricing agreed
• Record sales activity and detailed results monthly.
• Identify trends in customer behaviour and generate sales opportunities
• Working with the Blends Manager and Sales Director annual volume and contribution targets for products.
• Working closely with the other departments of the business.
• Nutritionally improve new blends
• Assist in driving volume at the NWF blended plants, supporting the sales team with enquiries for blend formulations and prices

Key Skills:

• Confident telephone manner with the ability to communicate at different levels/people.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, works well under pressure
• A good understanding of dairy nutrition and to formulate diets
• Strong organisational and time management skills to complete delivery and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
