BIOVIA Scientific Analytics Product Manager

As a BIOVIA Scientific Analytics Product Manager your primary responsibility is to craft and refine the product strategy for "Insight for Research," ensuring it aligns seamlessly with BIOVIA's broader objectives in biosciences and lab portfolios. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll define product features and enhancements that tackle customer pain points while staying in step with market demands. This involves a thorough analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to pinpoint opportunities for differentiation and innovation. Your role extends to developing and maintaining a robust product roadmap, delineated with milestones that outline strategic vision and tactical implementation plans.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively communicating the roadmap to internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Cultivating a collaborative environment that fosters cross-functional teamwork and sparks innovation
• Overseeing the successful launch of new product features and versions, collaborating closely with marketing and sales teams to devise compelling go-to-market strategies
• Monitoring post-launch performance and collecting feedback to guide future product iterations

Qualifications:

• Master's or PhD degree in a Life Sciences field (e.g. Chemistry, Biology)
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the biosciences or lab software industry
• Strong understanding of data analytics, decision-making applications, and the biosciences research landscape
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse cross-functional teams
