Job Description

We are recruiting high-calibre talent to join our growing UK & I Architecture and Design team. The role would be based in either London, Manchester, Warrington, Glasgow or Belfast office. Ideal candidates shall have excellent leadership skills and proven ability in BIM management and Digital Implementation on large scale / complex multidisciplinary projects.

You'll be working closely with the multi-disciplinary design teams, clients, and contractors. Excellent communication skills are essential.

About Our Team: Architecture & Design, BIM Management team.

Job Responsibilities:

Create, update and implement project-specific and practice-wide ISO 19650 policies,

Work closely with the project teams reporting requirements and agreements from BIM coordination meetings

  • Project initiation using company standards and developing new templates when required
  • Perform day-to-day management of the digital models to comply with ISO 19650 and project-specific standards
  • Exchange large amounts of project data with multiple consultants through Autodesk Construction Cloud, ProjectWise or other CDE platforms.
  • Organize BIM coordination meetings with client representatives and external consultants
  • Implement LOD, LOIN, Classification systems and COBie data, as per project-specific requirements.
  • Develop periodic training sessions for the organization.
  • Enforce ethics and compliance policy

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Architectural - Building Services Engineering, Civil Engineering, Structural / Building Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.

A clear work history and proof of professional development and learning

Knowledge of:

  • Authoring tools Civil 3D, Inventor, Rhino. Revit,
  • Coordination tools - Synchro.Navisworks
  • Validation tools - Solibri
  • Ability to code, C#, C++, Python, JavaScript.
  • Proven background and exposure to BIM Management on complex large scale projects with considerable project experience.

    Extensive knowledge of collaborative environments -ACC/BIM360, Projectwise, SharePoint.
