Overview
This role sits within the Biddable team, leading Paid Search and Paid Social activity for Stellantis, one of the world's leading automotive manufacturers, home to iconic brands such as Peugeot, Citroën, Vauxhall, Fiat and Jeep.
The Biddable Account Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management, optimisation and strategic development of performance campaigns across key platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok, Reddit and Pinterest. The role covers full-funnel objectives - from brand consideration and model launches to lead generation performance campaigns.
You will act as a key day-to-day activation contact, owning campaign delivery, driving performance growth, and identifying opportunities for innovation across the account. This role requires strong analytical thinking, leadership of junior team members, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic direction.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Own the day-to-day management and performance of Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across the select Stellantis brands
• Develop and implement optimisation strategies to drive performance against client KPIs
• Oversee campaign builds and ensure best-in-class execution across platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok, Reddit and Pinterest
• Lead performance analysis, extracting insights and translating them into clear recommendations and actions
• Manage forecasting, budget allocation, pacing and financial accuracy across campaigns
• Produce and present regular performance reports, including insights, learnings and forward-looking strategy
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and delivering with confidence
• Collaborate with internal teams including planning, data and analytics to deliver integrated solutions
• Support junior team members, ensuring high-quality output and ongoing development
• Ensure best practice implementation across tracking, tagging and measurement frameworks
• Identify and drive test-and-learn initiatives, innovation opportunities and new platform capabilities
• Stay up to date with platform developments and automotive market trends
Qualifications
Who we are looking for
We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Biddable Account Manager with strong experience across Paid Search and Paid Social.
The ideal candidate will:
• Have proven experience managing performance campaigns across key biddable platforms
• Be highly analytical, with strong problem-solving skills and confidence interpreting performance data
• Demonstrate the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
• Have experience managing client relationships and presenting performance updates
• Be highly organised, able to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Show strong attention to detail across campaign execution, reporting and financial management
• Be a confident communicator, able to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Have experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
• Demonstrate curiosity and enthusiasm for digital marketing, performance media and the evolving automotive landscape
