Overview
What will you be doing?
Biddable Account Executives at APEX support Biddable Account Managers in the activation, performance and ongoing management of APEX Value-Based Solutions, including Guaranteed Outcomes.
The role acts as a key conduit between Publicis agencies and internal biddable trading teams, ensuring best-in-class service delivery and campaign performance to meet and exceed client business objectives. This position supports global Guaranteed Outcomes accounts and reports into a Biddable Account Manager, APEX Guaranteed, London
Responsibilities
- Support the APEX agency hub team and Biddable Account Manager in managing and growing key accounts, delivering strong service across programmatic and paid social campaigns.
- Work closely with internal trading teams to ensure timely campaign launches, effective activation, and ongoing performance monitoring against objectives (performance, pacing, profit).
- Deliver accurate and timely reporting (weekly, monthly, PCA) in line with APEX SLAs, translating insights into clear recommendations and shared learnings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Publicis agencies, internal teams, DSPs, and technology partners, responding to queries in line with SLAs and escalating where needed.
- Contribute to the development of best-practice frameworks, processes, shared resources, and provide general administrative and meeting support to the APEX team.
Qualifications
What are we looking for?
- Basic understanding of the digital marketing industry and media landscape.
- Effective time management skills, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Superb attention to detail and ability to focus on multiple projects or tasks at once.
- A curious mind and a keen interest in new digital marketing technology.
