Biddable Account Director

We are hiring a Biddable Account Director to lead high-impact performance media strategies for one of the world's most recognised automotive groups. This is an opportunity to shape how iconic brands connect with people, combining data, creativity and media to drive meaningful growth. You'll play a central role in guiding clients through an evolving digital landscape while supporting a collaborative and high-performing team. If you enjoy turning insight into action and helping others thrive, this role offers both influence and progression.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead integrated Paid Search and Paid Social strategies across multiple brands, ensuring campaigns deliver clear business outcomes
  • Build trusted client partnerships, guiding conversations across performance, measurement and innovation
  • Shape full-funnel media plans across key platforms, balancing brand-building and performance-driven objectives
  • Oversee financial planning, including forecasting, budget allocation and pacing across significant media spend
  • Champion structured testing frameworks to unlock growth opportunities and demonstrate impact
  • Collaborate with planning, analytics and creative teams to deliver joined-up, effective media solutions
  • Coach and support team members, creating an environment where people can develop their skills and confidence

Skills we're looking for:

  • Experience leading biddable media accounts within an agency or complex client environment
  • Strong knowledge of Paid Search and Paid Social, with a clear view on full-funnel performance strategies
  • Confidence using data to inform decisions and communicate insights in a clear, engaging way
  • Ability to build effective relationships with senior stakeholders and guide strategic discussions
  • Commercial awareness, including managing budgets and delivering against business objectives
  • A collaborative leadership style that supports teamwork and shared success
  • Curiosity about emerging trends in technology, automation and the future of performance marketing
