Biddable Account Director
Performics | London (White City)
We are hiring a Biddable Account Director to lead some of Performics' most exciting and complex paid social work, partnering closely with iconic beauty and luxury brands. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, data and leadership - shaping how paid social drives meaningful business growth. You'll guide clients through a fast-evolving media and tech landscape while creating the conditions for your team to do their best work. What you'll be doing
- Own and lead paid social strategy across multiple platforms, ensuring activity delivers clear, measurable impact for clients.
- Act as a trusted senior partner to clients, helping them navigate change across media, data and technology.
- Build and evolve measurement frameworks that connect paid social performance to wider business outcomes.
- Champion thoughtful testing and learning to demonstrate the incremental value of paid social.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team, creating space for growth, confidence and progression.
- Collaborate closely with wider agency teams to ensure paid social is fully integrated into broader media plans.
- Shape ways of working that balance quality, efficiency and team wellbeing.
Skills we're looking for
- Proven experience leading paid social strategy and teams within an agency or complex client environment.
- Strong understanding of paid social platforms, with a clear point of view on strategy, innovation and creative effectiveness.
- Confidence working with data and measurement, and translating insight into clear client narratives.
- A collaborative leadership style that brings people together and builds trust.
- Commercial awareness and comfort managing large accounts and ambitious objectives.
- Curiosity about technology, privacy and the future of performance marketing.
- A people-centred mindset, with a commitment to inclusive leadership and continuous improvement.
You'll be based in White City, London, working as part of Performics UK - the performance marketing arm of Publicis Media, focused on blending data, technology and talent to accelerate growth for our clients.
