Overview

Biddable Account Director

We are hiring a Biddable Account Director to lead multi-platform performance strategy for a globally recognised luxury brand. This role sits at the intersection of data, media, technology and people - shaping how biddable channels drive measurable business impact. You'll be a trusted senior partner to clients, a supportive leader to your team, and a catalyst for innovation across paid search and paid social. If you enjoy combining strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, this is a role where your impact will be felt every day.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading end-to-end biddable media strategy, activation and optimisation across search and social channels.
  • Acting as a senior client partner, guiding stakeholders through a fast-evolving media and technology landscape.
  • Designing clear measurement frameworks that align activity to business outcomes, not just platform metrics.
  • Championing testing, learning and innovation to demonstrate the incremental value of biddable media.
  • Embedding strong operational processes, ensuring quality, governance and financial accuracy across accounts.
  • Collaborating closely with internal specialists to unlock automation, efficiency and smarter ways of working.
  • Creating an environment where teams feel supported, recognised and empowered to do their best work.

Skills we're looking for

  • Proven experience leading biddable media strategy with accountability for performance and results.
  • Strong knowledge across paid search and paid social, with the ability to balance strategy, execution and innovation.
  • Confidence managing complex client relationships and large-scale projects with commercial awareness.
  • A collaborative leadership style that brings people together and builds trust.
  • A data-informed mindset, with the ability to translate insight into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Comfort working across global accounts and diverse markets (luxury experience is helpful, not essential).
  • Curiosity and adaptability - you enjoy learning, evolving and helping others do the same
