Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced BD Manager demonstrable experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business events and will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships. This role operates on a hybrid work model and requires no travel. The candidate will work closely with various departments to ensure the successful execution of business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the business events industry.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute marketing strategies.
• Oversee the planning and execution of business events to ensure they align with company objectives.
• Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities and progress.
• Negotiate and close deals with potential clients and partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of business development initiatives.
• Develop and manage budgets for business development activities.
• Lead and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making and strategy development.

Experience

• Possess demonstrable experience in business development with a focus on business events.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Show proficiency in market research and data analysis.
• Have a proven track record of achieving business development targets.
• Display strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Hold a relevant certification in business development or a related field.
