Operating as part of an established bid team, you'll play a pivotal role in winning contracts that drive the company's ambitious growth from £150M to £360M revenue over the next three years.

Role Overview and Key Features The Bid Manager will:

• Lead the bid process for services like domiciliary care and supported living across the North East region.
• Collaborate with a highly skilled team of bid professionals to secure contracts with a 70% win rate.
• Utilise robust IT systems, including Salesforce, to streamline bid operations.
• Engage in funded professional development, such as APMP and PRINCE2 certifications.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience in bid writing or management within healthcare or social care - this is a MUST!
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to use bid libraries effectively.
• Excellent organisational abilities to manage end-to-end bid processes.
• A team-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving shared goals.
• Flexibility to travel occasionally for regional engagement.
