Job Description

We are currently seeking to appoint a Bid Manager to join our expanding studio in London. If you have the required competencies and are passionate about working in a dynamic international architectural design practice, we would love to hear from you.

All candidates must have:

  • Minimum of 8 years working relevant experience;
  • Degree educated or relevant years of industry experience;
  • Previous working experience in the architectural industry is highly preferable;
  • Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in tender submissions and proposals, procurement regulations, and contract management principles;
  • Organised and detail-oriented, and able to multi task and prioritise to meet multiple deadlines;
  • Previous experience managing projects and initiatives, good business and numeracy sense;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office packages and Creative Suite software, in particular InDesign;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-oriented approach;
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills, independent and self-motivated to work under pressure.
