Job Description

As a Benefits Manager -12 month FTC, you will be responsible for delivering exciting and innovative benefits to our people. Working alongside our global teams at Entain as well as forging relationships with our vendors. This is a great opportunity for you to really make your mark on how we reward and engage our people at Entain.

Reporting to the Senior Benefits Manager you will be part of the People and Culture: Reward team, who focus on delivering our agenda for Reward transformation/change across Entain.

What you will do

  • Lead/support on key Reward transformation initiatives relating to benefits
  • Support on the re-tendering of global providers including managing RFP processes
  • Lead/support on the implementation of any new providers, technology and brokers
  • Work closely with the Benefits Manager and other team members on Reward transformation projects/tasks
  • Work closely with Procurement and Legal on contracts for any new vendors
  • Design communications materials and deliver training to our HR People Partners, line managers as required
  • Take a lead on specific projects on an international basis, supporting cost benefit analysis and business proposals
  • Establish benefit engagement plans and work closely with our internal communications teams on any changes to benefits
  • Research and analyse latest external trends in Benefits design to ensure any changes align with local regulations and market practice

Qualifications

  • Experience of working on benefit transformation/change projects
  • Experience of managing vendor changes on a large scale
  • Experience of implementing or changing benefits technology
  • Experience of working on delivering employee benefits on an international/global basis
  • The ability to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and vendors
  • Experience of creating and delivering benefit engagement/communications
  • Analytical mindset coupled with strong excel skills
  • Project management experience
