Qualifications/training and professional development

Essential criteria

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability t work on own initiative
• Level 2 Mathematics and English (or equivalent)
• Competent IT skills

Experience

Essential criteria

• Experience in acute or community health or care setting or transferable experience, demonstrable keenness and passion for the role
• Has a sound understanding of the need for confidentiality
• Confident people skills

Desirable criteria

• Able to use patient administration IT systems
